Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that SB 17 am H be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 14. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 14 was offered by Representatives Brice and Porter: Page 1, lines 13 - 14: Delete "to another person" Page 1, line 14, following "paraphernalia": Insert "unless the transfer is for the purpose of disposing of the paraphernalia properly under state or federal law" Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 14 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The question being: "Shall SB 17 am H pass the House?"
